60-day money-back guarantee
Email support@carispray.com with your order number within 60 days of delivery. You may try one bottle. Return any remaining unopened bottles; you do not need to return the one bottle you tried. We refund the full order amount, including the original €4.99 standard shipping. You pay return postage. Contact us before sending your return to OralAdvance Labs d.o.o., Zadarska ulica 1, 42000 Varaždin, Croatia. Refunds go to your original payment method.
Your statutory rights remain separate and unchanged. EU consumers generally have 14 days from delivery to notify us of withdrawal and a further 14 days to return the goods. Eligible withdrawal refunds include standard outbound shipping and are made within 14 days of notification; we may wait for the goods or evidence of return, whichever is earlier. You pay return postage, except for faulty, damaged or incorrect goods. The hygiene exception can apply to unsealed goods unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons; it does not remove our separate promise that you may try one bottle under the 60-day guarantee. Your legal rights for faulty or non-conforming goods, including the minimum two-year legal guarantee where applicable, are unaffected.
For a damaged, faulty or incorrect delivery, contact us as soon as possible with the order number and, if available, photographs. Do not pay return postage for such goods without contacting us. Written complaints can be sent to the email or postal address below; we respond within 15 days.
