Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of carispray.eu (the "Site") and your purchase of products from OralAdvance Labs d.o.o., Zadarska ul.1, Varazdin, 42000, Croatia ("we", "us", "our").

By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Pre-Order Products

Some products on our Site are available for pre-order before they are in stock for immediate shipment.

Pre-order terms:

  • Estimated delivery date: We will clearly display the estimated delivery timeframe on the product page (e.g., "Estimated delivery: End of February 2026")
  • Payment: Full payment is required at the time of placing a pre-order
  • Delivery delays: If we anticipate a delay beyond the estimated delivery date, we will notify you by email and offer you the option to:
    • Wait for the updated delivery date, or
    • Cancel your order and receive a full refund
  • Cancellation by customer: You may cancel your pre-order at any time before shipment and receive a full refund
  • Cancellation by us: If we are unable to fulfill your pre-order, we will notify you and issue a full refund

2. Product Information

We strive to display product information accurately. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, or other content on the Site are error-free. If a product is not as described, you may return it in accordance with our Refund Policy.

3. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are displayed in EUR (€) and include applicable VAT
  • Prices are subject to change without notice, but orders already placed are not affected
  • We accept payment via credit card, PayPal, and other methods displayed at checkout
  • Payment is processed securely by third-party payment providers

4. Order Acceptance

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to:

  • Product availability
  • Errors in pricing or product information
  • Suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions

If your order is canceled, we will notify you and issue a full refund.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout
  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
  • Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier

6. Returns and Refunds (EU Consumer Rights)

If you are an EU consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving a reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal:

  • Notify us at support@carispray.com within 14 days of delivery
  • Return the product in its original condition and packaging within 14 days of notification
  • We will refund the product price (and original shipping costs) within 14 days of receiving the returned product

Exceptions: This right does not apply to products that have been opened or used for hygiene reasons, unless defective.

7. Product Liability and Warranty

We warrant that products are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. If a product is defective, you may return it for a refund or replacement in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Limitation of liability: To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, images, logos, and trademarks, is the property of OralAdvance Labs or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

We collect and process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws (GDPR).

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Croatia and the European Union.
